Hannah & Brett’s Wedding Day – Hadlow Manor

10th September 2017

Hannah & Brett’s wedding day took place on a beautiful sunny August day.

The amazing Sarah Capon assisted me on their big day so that we could capture both bride and groom prep. While I went to Hannah’s home to spend the morning with the girls, Sarah was at Hadlow Manor with the boys.

While I was at bridal prep I noticed a tartan ribbon. Being nosey I asked about it and Hannah told me it had been carried by every single bride in her family back through the generations! I had to get a photo of it, and it was so fragile and delicate I was so nervous, but Hannah’s family had the most beautiful garden and it was the perfect backdrop.

After a beautiful ceremony in Ightam Church we all set off for the reception at Hadlow Manor.

A beautiful sunny afternoon meant that the guests could enjoy their welcome drinks in the grounds and also meant I could climb onto the roof (yes you read that right!!) to get a group shot of the entire wedding party.

After the meal and speeches we took Sarah and Brett out to the grounds as there was a very beautiful sunset. One of Hannah’s family also had a very cool VW Camper so we managed to get some gorgeous images with it and also the setting summer sun.

The dancing started and within minutes the dance floor was full. We stayed to capture some of the dance moves and left as there was some epic air guitar on display!

Thank you again Hannah & Brett for having Sarah & I along to capture your special day.
